About Me

I graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Human Resource Management. My professional journey began in the oil sector, where I spent ten years working across Human Resources, Training, and Career Development.

Throughout my career, I worked on employee engagement initiatives, which sparked a deep interest in human behavior, decision-making, and the way people think, respond, and perform within organizations. The more I worked with people, the more I realized that every challenge, whether personal or professional, begins with the way we think. That realization inspired me to study hypnotherapy, neuroscience-based coaching, emotional intelligence, behavior change, and cognitive reprogramming to better understand how lasting transformation happens. As my understanding deepened, so did my vision: to create a consultancy that brings together both personal and business development under one roof.

That vision became Soul Sisters Co.

The name Soul Sisters represents the remarkable women behind the company. We are a multidisciplinary team of specialists united by one belief: when people grow, businesses grow.

Soul Sisters is built around two core divisions: Personal Development and Business Development. We believe that behind every successful business is a person who is self-aware, emotionally intelligent, adaptable, and capable of making better decisions. By developing the individual, we strengthen the business.

Today, I work with individuals, entrepreneurs, executives, organizations, and public sector leaders across Kuwait, London, the GCC, and internationally through one-on-one sessions, consultancy, workshops, training, and strategic collaborations.
